 1910_construction, commercial building

4-story commercial building originally completed in 1910. It has been re-clad multiple times, and now has a modern facade of thin, horizontal grey metal panels and glass. It was remodeled into new commercial space in the early 2000s and leased to Steve Madden shoes, who remained here until 2018. It is currently occupied by Aerie lingerie store.

The current facade is divided by white metal framing into four bays on the north side (the west bay narrower). There are large show-windows on the first 3rd floors on the east facade, with a short section of grey panels at the south end. The north facade has plate-glass show-windows in the east bay of the ground floor, the east two bays of the 2nd floor, and the east bay only on the 3rd floor. The only other opening is a metal service door in the 2nd bay from the west. The windowless top floor is taller than the others.
