4-story commercial building completed in 1969. Designed by Samuel Paul, it is connected to the condominium tower behind it, and also provides a secondary entrance to that structure. The facade, set far back from the street, is clad in white limestone panels. The lower two floors are divided into three wide bays, with large display-windows (and glass doors at the ground floor), and the two upper floors have bands of windows with green reflective glass.

The building was previously occupied by Riflessi clothing store.
