  hilo I leave a comment coz I bu the rusi bayawan motor for 8month until now they haven't not recievd the palte number and original papers why so long w pay cash how if I buy other company just only 3 monthcan get all the plate number everything.

  please adivise to all location in rusi in bayawan or other location for so long the take the plate number since I buy September until now no plate number why you said the LTO in rusi Cebu please honest to your customer if know your LTO in Cebu I don't buy your company rusi bayawan

  I buy in dumaguety city due eksam company is faster my plate number just only get 3 month is done no waiting so long.

  I also victim in rusi bayawan, because starting september 2013 until now September 2016 they haven't not yet release my PLATE NUMBER.
