7-story residential building originally completed in 1878 as a 5-story townhouse. It is faced in dark-red painted smooth-stucco, with two new top floors that were added in 1978. The ground floor is clad in stone and brick with a wood-and-glass door on the right, and a plate-glass storefront on the left.

The upper floors are set back above the ground floor, fronted by an iron railing. There are three bays of single-windows on the 2nd-5th floors, with a slightly-larger glass door at the east bay on the 2nd floor, opening onto the terrace. The 4th & 5th floors also has narrower glass doors at the center bays, opening onto projecting iron balconies. All of these doors and windows have simple surrounds.

The top two floors have four bays of small double-windows, and the facade is capped by a simple, overhanging cornice.
