6-story commercial building completed in 1920. It is clad in limestone and black cast-iron above a stone-framed ground-floor storefront of black metal and glass, and a brown-metal-framed main entrance at the left, with glass doors and transom. The 2nd-5th floors have projecting bay windows between the end piers, in black cast-iron. The middle window and angled side windows in each bay have 2-over-2 panes; decorative pilasters divide the windows, and between the floors are spandrel panels with foliate patterns. The top floor has three windows framed by black cast-iron pilasters edge with vertical bands of leafy patterns.

At the base of the 2nd floor the stone end piers have roundels and fluted caps, and at the 5th floor they are adorned with carved shields and hanging foliate pendants. The facade is capped by a black iron band and a corrugated metal roof. The ground floor is occupied by China Moon restaurant, with Kurumazushi Restaurant on the 2nd floor.
