President Kim Il Sung stayed in the site in December Juche 39 (1950) to preside over the 30th Plenum of the Cabinet and make preparations of the 3rd Plenum of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea in order to encourage the whole party and all the people to win the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War (June 25, 1950-July 27, 1953).
