This is the City Hall of Portland, Oregon, United States. It houses the offices for the City Council, which consists of the mayor and four commissioners, and other city government offices. The building, with four floors, is designed in the Italian Renaissance style with a sandstone exterior. It has 48,128 sq ft (4,471 sq m).

The City Hall was designed by Whidden and Lewis and cost $575,000 to construct from 1892 to 1895. The building underwent several upgrades and renovations throughout its history, a couple of which involved filling in the two light wells. In November 1970, the portico was damaged by the explosion of a dynamite-fuelled bomb.

From November 1995 to March 1998, the Portland City Hall underwent a $29,300,000 restoration. The project involved restoring the light wells, the entrance at Fourth Avenue, and the original look of the City Council chamber, as well as bringing the building up to modern fire and safety standards.

The Portland City Hall was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 21, 1974.
