This is NRC Ltd. National Rayorn Corporation. This is one of the largest rayorn & nylon manufacturing units in the world. It was established way back in 1945. And its got a huge residential colony next to the factory. And this is one of the best place. Its the best colony.

MY FATHER WAS WORKED IN NRC 37YEARS.I ALSO WORKED THERE 13YEARS.I & MY TWO SISTERS WAS COMPLETED OUR STUDY IN NRC SCHOOL.NOW NRC S CONDITION IS BAD WORKERS NOT GETTING THEIR PAYMENTS FROM LAST THREE MONTHS ,WE HOPE MANAGMENT CAN CHANGE THESE DAYS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE,& NRC EMPLOYEE CAN ENJOY THEIR LIFE TENSIONFREE.
  • As per my analisation in the market research the NRC company is in a such profit where a management are well satisfied but they dont want to disclose to their workers. When they have hold the employees salary since lat 5 month. At a time per month 5 ton - 10 ton they are paying the salary to the worker, but because of holding the same last 5 month, they have got 50% interest on the same. It means show that it is in nor loss neither profit. But the Management people dont want to share all these things to the overall staff. And peoples are also working blind and and having very unsatified expectation from the Company. Company gets the progress on behalf of the workers only. But the another situation is such like UNIONS. It is the very worst part of the company. They dont want to get the company to be run in a normal situation. Their are two types of different union whose no relation with the company but want to give the progress for the employees but it never happen and on behalf of union, worker has to sacrifice everything such as you are very well known (5 Month Salary). Ten years before same company was declare the bonus aroun 12000 - 15000, but the current position is employees dont want the bonus but should be get salary on time, Nrc is not aware of such things as they dont want to share their P&L as well as balance sheet to the workers. I hope in the coming days it should be work and get progress and would employees satisfaction and come to the earlier position where it was, means on the Top.   • My Father was working with this company and i know about this companies management comity is frod & chitter. They chit all worker and their families. They are not settle their dues till date.
  • Dear Guys & Gals, DO you know that the result has been declared from the side of employees in last year (Dec 2011) and this coming Feb they were suppose to get their dues as well as their life time compensation but not happened...y do u know???? Self employees are responsible for same thing, depending upon the union leader they require huge settlement such as company is providing approx 8L to 9l but employees expectation is around 15L to 17L and this statement are all made by the union leaders and some of the corrupted workers support these uncertainty Leaders. I am observing many peoples don't get their 2 time food properly, NRC schools teacher don't get their salary and students dont get their stationery, and the important thing is now a days unit test and semester exams are taken on Black board b'coz schools management committee don't have dat much amount to invest in the school paper stationery...it means u can consider have prolonged situations is going on, the corrupted workers don't bothered about this relevant situation because they get their commission for mingling. SUppose if the employees get their remmuneration atleast they can survive their familes life and their children can study well and get on their feet. We all pray for them that they should get their F&F settlement smoothly as well as early

  • Didn't knew that pile of rusty garbage that is falling appart near ambivali station made rayon. That plant is very old, and does not conform to emission standards, very polluting and hazardous to environment. That junk plant should be cleared asap. If the owners really care, they should open new modern plant compliance with new emission standards. World wide such plants are being replaced with better plants.
