    It was a good building 6 years ago but poor (non existing) maintenance has ruined the building. Leaking AC's are repaired with paper wrap and glue. Floor painting never happens and outside window cleaning is only once a year. But if you meet the maintenance guys you will realize they just don't know better. Pity...
