Named after the state of Pennsylvania, the "Keystone State". Founded by Pennsylvanians who named it after their home state, residents began relocating here in the early 1920s. The city was chartered in April, 1925. It is located in the northeast region of the state of Florida, situated in the southern tip of Clay County among many sand-bottom lakes.
