This 185-acre preserve was purchased in 1974 for storm water retention. The preserve is located in the middle of an industrial park area in Addison, and consist of grasslands and wetlands. Parking of Grace Street, one block south of Fullerton Avenue and north of North Avenue (Route 64). Model helicopters can be flown in the helicopter area west of Grace Street.
