tunnel, overpass / flyover, bridge
This is an original South Pennsylvania Railroad structure that is being used as originally intended, instead of abandoned like most of the other structures on the line. This overpass was intended to carry the S.P.R.R. over the Baltimore and Ohio. The S.P.R.R. was abandoned and the B&O continued to actively run under it. It is still in use today.
