Oval courtyard from the Pratt Administrative Oval which coordinated the affairs of the Pratt family states in Glen Cove as per the design by the Olmstead Brothers c. 1906. The complex served the main dairy, farming and maintenance operations that serviced the several family estates located nearby.

While many of the buildings have been demolished over the years, some remnants are still intact amidst development.
