First project of the mall here was made in 2010, it was called Panda Park. In 2012 the new project was created, it was called Respublika and was planned as the biggest mall in Ukraine. The mall is a part of new Teremky-3 residential community, alongside the new residential complex, also called Respublika. The construction was put on hold in 2015 due to financial problems. In 2020 the building was sold and the construction renewed, next year the mall was renamed to Respublika Park. It was opened 12th November 2021.
