Long since ceased to served as the Customs House for the City this is/was sadly a semi-derelict office property, which though had commitments for eventual commercial re-development. The building had a very considerable face lift in 2010 when it was decided to use it as a temporary drop-in centre (ostensibly 15 months) for the homeless sleeping rough in the City centre.
