This theater has been in use since 2005. It has two auditoriums, the VSB auditorium with a seating capacity of 749, and the smaller Rabo auditorium with a seating capacity of 289. The auditoriums are named after sponsors. In the basement is a cinema with three screens. The building also has 2 cafes and a restaurant. On play nights, there are concession stands on several locations. The cinema has a permanent concession stand. Total floor space is about 7400 square metres, while the footprint of the building is only 2100 square meters.
