Belyanka (Project 1151) class YRR : "Пенега: Pinega" (1986)

These ships receive and transport nuclear waste. In a first for Soviet ships of this type, they also have a filtration system to reduce the radioactivity of the waste onboard. Up to 1000t of nuclear waste (of any radioactivity level) can be accommodated. The hull itself is divided into 8 watertight compartments.
