Respected readers,
I would like to take this opportunity to tell you some about my place and express some gratitude to some which are due. Please bear with me while I do so.
Laksar is the place where I was born in 1981. At that time Laksar was in dist Saharanpur and the state was Uttarpradesh, state Uttaranchal is a very newly made state. I am indeed very much thankful to my parents from the bottom of my heart who have send me and my sister to the English medium school named HOLY CROSS SCHOOL. May GOD almighty bless my parents, school management and all the beloved teachers who had invested and invest their valuable time and experience in children to give a better and educated tomorrow.
Laksar is a junction which connects you to the major cities nearby via train (rail road). Few of the closest cities which are famous in the world are:-
1- Roorkee (World famous university).
2- Hardwar (Holy place for Hindus).
3- Dehradun (beautiful valley city,also a capital of the state).
Last but not the least.
4- Masouri (commonly known as the queen of hills, where nature holds the
power to heal).
In conclusion, even thou Laksar would not be counted as a big cities like few are mentioned above, but it has peace in it self. People know each other, there is love, joy and happiness which I miss every day in my life.
Today I am thousands of miles away from my place, from my country INDIA, but one thing I know is I LOVE LAKSAR, it's my home city and no matter where I go it will remain the same, absolutely marvelous and terrific.
