It is a religious place for the Namashudra community.Every year they assemble here in Bangla Chaitra month.They chant mantra along with big drums and other traditional musical instruments etc.Their mantra is 'Hari bol'.

  • Shri Shri Harichand Thakur and his son great social reformar Sri Sri Guruchand Thakur who reform the sociaty of chandal (charal). he built a english high school at orakandhi (banladesh ) for the people of lower community more of them called namasudra (untouchable comunity). he united the people of lower community people, and protect them from reliagion conversion.
