Correction on location-should be "just southeast of Douglas/Agua Prieta"

No. Look at the topography. It goes up. Therefore, it's a mountain, not a crater. The black you see in the satellite view is its shadow. The peak is about 200 meters (650 ft) above the highway.
Don't speculate. Document things you know.
I leave it to you to correct this place, or remove it.
