Atlantic House is a modern property located in the cosmopolitan area of Cardiff Bay. This 25,000 sq ft building was acquired by Rightacres in 1985 as an incomplete project.

Following a modern and stylish transformation, the development was let to Peacock Stores plc. before they in turn moved out to their new purpose built HQ off the Windsor Road/Tyndall Street (Magic) Roundabout just to the east. Space is now occupied by offices of UKI Partnerships which is a partnership company and underwriters owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland Group it underwrites and administers policies for several different general insurance brands such as:

Tesco, RBS, Coutts, Lloyds TSB, Ulster Bank, Isle of Man Bank, Egg (List not exhaustive). It also administers products underwritten by other underwriters and has partnerships with many well known motor manufacturers such as BMW, Vauxhall, Peugeot.
