Oil change garage. During its nearly two years of construction (2012-2014), the partially completed building had lettering spelling "Rockadero" on it. A small ad appeared in a local newspaper advertising it as "Saskatoon's Swankiest Dinner Lounge". However it turned out to be a hoax, possibly a publicity stunt.

It was formerly the site of an Esso gas station, which closed in the late 1990s.
