Completed in 1988, Ball Communication Building houses offices and classrooms for the Department of Telecommunications and Center for Information and Communication Sciences (CICS), along with our iLearn and Emerging Technologies initiatives. WIPB-TV (East Central Indiana's Public Broadcasting Service (PBS)) a wireless lab, an electronic newsroom, and a converged newsroom are also located in BC.
