We relocated to this nice area when i was in standard 4th, we compleated 16 yrs in maduravoyal, on those this area is not improved that much and full of paddy fields and scrubs, vry freq we use to c the snakes those days. my father bought land for 78,000 then in 2000 we bought one more house that costed 3.5 lacks, now you know whats is the rate....my god it was 20 lacks. Real estate rates are hiked by brockers only. since our place is near to koyambedu which i can say one stop place to reach any part of city.

Only one main problem in maduravoyal is we dont have quality schooling.
