600 acres of land on both sides of Deva road (285 acres for factory on Western side and 315 acres for township on Eastern side), at 3.5 kms. from Chinhat crossing, acquired in 1985 with city office at Pragati Kendra, Aliganj to manufacture commercial vehicles. Factory construction started in Dec. 1991 and 1st vehicle was rolled out from temporary assy. line on 8th Oct. 1992. Later Township area was converted into factory area in 2006 and named as Eastern complex.
