  • this reservior is helpful to the farmers. I was stayed in1998-99 that time the dam it's include ganesh pratima and devi pratima in occassion time dasara and vinayaka chavithi. mean while water is harmed and bad smell raises at.
  • Hi, I am Rama Seshu Running Computer Institute at Sabbavaram. I am living just near the reservior (Porlupalem). At the construction time of this Dam(may be 1974) my family was lost 200 acres. From my house the view for dam is so beautiful.

  • You can have an Aerial view like scrnery of MGR dam from Venkatadri. When you happen to go to Vizag Pl go to temple after 5 PM to enjoy the scene and stay for an hor to see the city in lighting which enlightens your joy,
