This immense building known as the "Old Seminary". It was created in 1880 and supplemented to one that existed in the Escoriaza-Esquibel Palace. In 1930, with the creation of Diocesan Seminary Street Beato, two seminars were unified. In 1934, the part that gives the Raid was occupied by the Guard was called Assault, then armed police and later the National Police.
