  • In 11 years living in the Nirun complex I have never had any problems or trouble, The Russians move into Pattaya and in 5 minuets they know it all. Nirun has stood the test of time, once this latest country to invade Pattaya moves out and the next country moves in, Nirun will still be there providing a good place to live and a friendly environment in the center of a great city.
  • Agree with you Terry. Have owned a condo near the pool on the lower level block C for four years now and the whole place has a friendly community atmosphere. I would suggest that whatshisname at the top of this thread probably has a drug problem and mixes in the wrong circles. Certainly none of my friends at Nirun are mental or have any other hang-ups. Maybe all the Russians you know Mr Vladimar Звиздачьод Кукусьевич (guest) are gone in the head and like all the stuff you seem to be so excited about. Piss off back to Moscow where the real drunks live.

  • Anyone who ever says anything bad about the place has never stayed there. They saw it from the outside which admittedly does not give the greatest impression. That's a good thing. Keeps the snobs away. Let them piss their money away in one of the many snob infested projects.
  • I have been living here for almost 3 years. I found it very convenient to everywhere of the Pattaya City. But the problem is the bars inside are allowed to launch private party with live band and singer from 5:30pm to 11:30 or even the midnight in any day of the week. I really don't understand why they can use the public parking area to set up a stage to do so. It vividly reflects the incapability of the management office here. It is so noisy that you can feel the window is shaking and of course you cannot sleep until they finished. If you are at the other side of the building (facing the LK side), the residences at Nirun have a practice to dump their trash outside at the ground just next to the wall of Nirun. In other words, you seem living in a trash slump. The worst part is the "ladies" at the office are not helpful at all. There is no use for you to complain anything because when you speak English they will ask you to speak Thai. They pretended not knowing English, of course it is a different story when they encounter a farang, but it is true that what they know is to receive management fee only. So it is a waste of time to search help from them! Even if they promised you to help you to fix any problem, they will not keep their promise!
  • Nirun has pros and cons. I lived there for 2 years. No more. People there are mostly loosers, insane, prostitutes an faggots.
