Nirman Towers

This is Nirman Towers built in the late 1990's. This flats have ten storeys. + 2 and the extra 2 means the top floor is the pent house owners with an extra personal floor and one under ground facility for table tennis fans to get rocking playing TT as we call it in our personal slang. there are two blocks each block ten storeys each storey there are 4 flats of two bedroom hall kitchen kind. Information about the pent house is not known. the best flats are B 64 and A 61 the rooms are cool throughout the day without and use of Air conditioners yet due to the architectural excellence there is a calm and cold atmosphere through the day in the worst of smmers........
