This park is named for a local Congressional Medal of Honor winner and was once the home of the Navy and Marine Corps Reserve center. Now it is the home of a wonderful park with a Carousel. Each animal in the Carousel was hand carved by a Chattanooga resident. Also in the park are wonderful fountains and walking paths. Bring a frisbee and have some fun!
