Planned 1930's era neighborhood bounded by Forest Hill Avenue to the south, the James River to the north, Forest Hill Park to the east, and Powhite Parkway to the west. Orgionaly planed as a streetcar suburb (similar to Bensly in northern Chesterfield) at the end of the Semmes Avenue Line. The area features lage homes of many differnt early 20th century styles. Now considered a bit of an affluent area. When the first lots were sold, residents where given special decals for their licenes plates allowing them free access to the Boulevard Bridge to the north.
