This temple is TEMPALE OF GODESS RANNADEVI.She is KULDEVI of PRASHNORA NAGAR BRHMIN. Village JAWARAJ is native place of a section of Prashnora Nagar Brahmin having SANKHYAYN GOTRA with Surname having either BHATT or MEHTA.There is one BRAHMA POLE in village where ancestors of present generation were living till before fifty years.Their main business was "JAJAMAN VRUTTI",AGRICULTURE,TEACHING and AYURVEDIC PRACTICE called as VAIDYA.After independence due to Agriculture reforms,Recession in JAJAMAN VRUTTI next generation migrated to Cities and Towns like Ahmedabad,Bhavanagar and Dholka for education and jobs most probably in Govt as well as in Education Medical and Banking sectors.At present only one family is staying in village surviving on agriculture, however RANNADE TEMPLE is only source of geathering for present generation whenever relegious functon is organised.At present Shri Bhikhubhai Nanalal Bhatt having age of about 85 years is eldest surviving member of Bhatt and Mehta Families.His Photo has been put on this site.

  • In 1980 sankhyan parivar families organised three days gathering by arranging Navchandi Yagna.The Sankhyan parivar families Daughters, Sisters Brother-in- laws,sons and the members of their families (all taken together about 300 people)stayed in this small village (Javaraj)in the cold season of winter and enjoyed a lot.Since the sankhyan parivar met after several years, they were overjoyed.When the third days evening,they were the moments of departure.We know that departure is always sorrowful.The tears were dropping from the eyes of the departing members.Everybody admired the arrangement of the function,and in its memory, a Smaranika was published which is appearing in the above Photo.You can visualise the shape of the Rannade Mataji Temple very clearly with three trees planted on 15th August 1947.You will also watch and be pleased to see Rupavati Vad (banynan tree) where present elders above 70 years were playing various villege games.
