A rocky outcrop on the western bank of the Afon Brynberian in the Preseli Hills in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is a proposed source of foliated rhyolite pieces found at Stonehenge.

  • Correction: approximate source of some of the foliated rhyolite fragments found in the "debitage' or debris layer at Stonehenge. We do not know whether any of the standing "bluestones" at Stonehenge came from this vicinity.

  • Sorry, but we don't. The work by MPP et al does NOT demonstrate this, and neither does the work by Ixer and Bevins. Your reading of the literature seems to be somewhat selective.....
