Off-campus housing for Old Dominion University students. The building dates to 1895, with an expansion in the 1950s. It was built as "Lambert's Point Knitting Mill", a textile mill. In later years it was occupied by the Old Dominion Paper Company. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
