The two surface launch complexes, which you correctly locate, at Paplaka (Barta) are for R-5 missiles (later partly converted to TR-1 (SS-12, a road mobile, solid-fuel missile).

I am curious about your indication of a Chusovaya R-14U (SS-5) complex close to Paplaka city. I have been in the area several times (and consulted several sources), but have found no trace of it (there are two Chusovaya complexes about 25 km further to the east, at Vainode and Nikrace).

Are you sure about the Chusovaya complex at Paplaka?

There is no Chusovaja complex in Paplaka. It is fake.

I have lived in paplaka when I was a litle, but there was only a helicopter base, not a misla bese. It's a fake information.
