Senoia, GA. pronounced as "Sen-oy" by locals. Second largest city in Coweta County; the population was 1,738 at the 2000 census. The 2005 estimate shows 2,719 living within Senoia.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.7 square miles (12.2 km²), of which, 4.6 square miles (12.0 km²) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.2 km²) of it (1.91%) is water.

Senoia has been a popular filming location for many Hollywood films such as Fried Green Tomatoes, Driving Miss Daisy and the 2011 remake of Footloose. Senoia has also served as a primary filming location for the television show "The Walking Dead" since Season 3.
