This building has 7 floors and a ground floor. It has a separate playing space for children including a swing. It is a ideal place for a person to live due to a market, a playground, a college and a school near it. It has 62 flats. Many Programs are organized here on the ocasions of independence day, republic day, holi and it's annual day which is held in the month of December or January.These activities are organised by Sabras organisation that elects its members on every republic day. Here sport's day also takes place where various children are divided in different age groups. Adult's and couple sports also takes place here.
