Basco, officially the Municipality of Basco (Tagalog: Bayan ng Basco; Ilokano: Ili ti Basco), is a municipality in the province of Batanes in the Cagayan Valley (Region II) of the Philippines, serving as the provincial capital. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 8,579 people.
