A quite well built and constructed residential complex. Half of the flats are well ventilated with spacious and long hallways. J.D.Chakravarthy was once the proud occupant of one of the flats. His stay was prolonged considering the fact that his career sky rocketed after him moving into the flat due to the release of the then latest movie Satya. But left soon after he realized that his film career was not related to his stay in the apartments.
