Rathmines Road Lower

The theatre in Rathmines Road Lower is used throughout the year for public recitals and other performances. The music library is also based in Rathmines Road Lower. The offices of the President of DIT Students’ Union and the manager of the Union are also located here.

Students in the Conservatory of Music and Drama will attend classes in Chatham Row, which is close to Grafton Street and Stephens’ Green, or in DIT Rathmines Road, a landmark building next to the Rathmines Public Library. Facilities in both buildings are geared to music and drama rehearsal and performance for students from junior level up to post-graduate.
