  Not really like a shopping centre in London. Often rather quiet, this place was never finished and would need more shops for it to really work. Some shops useful, others deeply depressing (no names mentioned). Opened by government minister "Bonking" Cecil Parkinson in the 80's at the time of his much-publicised affair with Sarah Keys, whose name was often used for the shopping centre in local parlance.
