Garden house of Rai Laxmipat Singh Dugar, built circa 1874 under the architectural design of Harreck Chand. Interesting blend of European, Rajput and Bengali (chun-surkhi) architectural themes. Has an attached Jain temple dedicted to the first Jain Tirthankara, Adinath and a Jain dadabari.
