166-foot, 15-story modernist office building completed in 1979. Designed by Max Wechsler, it is home to the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Uganda to the United Nations. The Permanent Mission of Gambia is also located in Uganda House. The facade is clad in white granite (light grey at the ground floor) and glass. The front is organized into three bays, deeply recessed at the ground floor. Behind the light-grey granite piers, the interior of each bay is lined with black granite. There is a glass-and-steel revolving door in the center bay, and glass double-doors in the east bay. The west bay has a loading dock and service door.

The upper floors have three curtain walls of dark-tinted glass, each with thin, black aluminum framing dividing the bays into three panes per floor. The east elevation is a blank wall, and the west elevation is the same, except partially covered by a colorful mural. At the top of both side elevations, the wall slopes back at the front, and has a notch at the back, framing the rooftop equipment in between.
