Ashooradeh (Persian: جزیره آشوراده) is the only Iranian Island in the Caspian Sea. It is part of Golestan province. It is located 3 kilometers from Bandar Torkaman and 23 kilometers from Gorgan. Ashooradeh is covered by lush foliage. The islands market displays the traditional life in Bandar Torkaman.
