A higher-end subdivision (not necessarily super-rich, but the lots are generous and the homes are nice) that started developing in the early 2000s. It was planned to expand out, but an extended hiatus followed, and what eventually happened was that expansion was permanently canned in favor of the second big phase, Mission Ranch, which has yet to ground break.

Arboleda was planned to extend northeast (it won't, it ends at a cul-de-sac), but Cameron Oaks Road (not yet named) will connect to Mission Ranch (construction starting soon).
