330-foot, 22-story office building completed in 1933. Designed by Walker & Gillette, the grey granite-faced tower was originally the First National Bank Building. The 3-story base housed the banking facilities, with an office tower rising above. The Broadway elevation is four bays wide, while the Wall Street side has six bays. The first two floors are occupied by large, double-height bays with modern glass infill and storefronts trimmed in black metal, each capped by a simple triangular pediment. Above a band course with an egg-and-dart motif is a third, attic story, with one square window in each bay. The shaft is a slightly darker grey, rising 15 floors to a plain parapet flanked by sculpted Greek motifs; the few remaining floors are each slightly set back. Each bay contains a pair of simple square-headed windows.
The ground floor is now occupied by TD Bank. It is primarily occupied by Carter Ledyard & Milburn LLP.
