The wrath of God was in the Old Testament dealing with paganists, but after the salvation and Grace brought to humanity by Christ the Lord, there is a chance for redemption to every body. All evil you see now is not "wrath of God" because God loves even Iraqi people like all people, but this evil you see now is from one source only, the DEVIL.
