Those were the days my friends.

Very nostalgic! Want to celebrate Christmas again with Mr. Cabral and do that Tableau act again...then drive with all those crazy guys on New Years eve through to the Sheraton (Now Oberoi) and back and think it was a huge accomplishment!
Now, that´s readymoney!

Stumbled upon this site - echo your sentiments Theresa. We too have very fond memories of NRMB. Just caught up with Janice and Cherry a week ago and had a trip down memory lane.

Hi,Friends and ex Ready Moneyites,

Those were truly great days.There are a few families from those times who still live here. Mine is one of them.Even now if some of us meet together in one of our homes,we recall with fondness the old days and all the fun and 'masti'.

Here's an update.

Yes,the atmosphere has changed.So is the name of the bldgs. and the road.However we still go by the original names.But,every Christmas there is a huge star made and put up.The old man is still burnt on the 31st midnight.Christmas sweets are still made and exchanged.Somethings will go on you see as long us some of the oldtimers are there.The next generation is moving out.

The NRMB lift still works (only a little slower).Unlike before there is no shortage of water.Life goes on.

Do keep in touch and take any opportunity you get,to recall those great days.
