Cottage, ca. l895-1905. Queen Anne and Colonial Revival styles mixed; one-and-a-half stories; gable roof; shingle roof and wall cover; conventional windows and bay windows; entrance in front centre porch.

Located behind North and South Halls, this turn-of-the-century Colonial Revival shingled cottage was named to honor beloved former faculty members, the Tobin twins - Sister Mary Jean, professor of English, and Sister Mary Eloise, professor of religious studies. Original to the Vinland estate, it was also said to be the home of the former chef of Wakehurst's Van Alen family.
