  • The possession is due in April... Have seen the progress of the building...Agreed it's delayed but The builder has not compromised on the amenities despite losing money due to cost escalations ...Hopefully he can be trusted

  • i spoke to the peopel at the office they have said that bu april - max may the possessions for the B and C block will be done ...
  • hi friends.... any updates on this? my dad spoke to the builder, he said they will give out B & C in June and A in Sept, probably... but there's the monsoon and other "unforeseen" things that will definitely happen... does anyone else have more current information?

  • On 9th Oct, the club house will be inaugurated. And I forgot to mention that my furniture possession is for 'C'-wing.
  • Thanks Ankur for the info. Before taking the furniture possession, did you give the un-dated cheque for VAT & service tax? Any idea when will we come to know whether that amount will be really deducted or not.

  • Have people really moved in...I have heard that the OC has got delayed...I tried to talk to them but they seem evasive... Why don't we all get together and try to get the builder into speeding up the work... He just seems content on delaying and just doed not seem answerable...   • hi everybody... do you know of a yahoo or google groups for this building? you may have come across similar online groups for nahar's projects.. either the whole of nahar or individual buildings like fiorello etc... what are your thoughts on setting up a google groups for synchronicity, so that we can all interact easily, share information and address common issues / problems. cheers.. rajiv (a-wing)
